Warping - Solid Wood Products with solid wood glued up components up to 15" across the grain or 48" measured with the grain have a 3/16" accepted warping tolerance. For products measuring more than 15" up to 24" across the grain or more than 48" up to 72" measured with the grain, a 5/16" warping tolerance applies. No warranty against warping is provided for products exceeding 24" across the grain or 72" measured with the grain. Adding a center stile or center rail to products with oversized center panels can help minimize warping.
Glued-up panel products exceeding 24" across the grain or 72" measured with the grain have no warranty against warping.
MDF products up to 15" wide or 48" high have a ⅛" warping tolerance. For products measuring more than 15" up to 24" wide or more than 48" up to 72" high, a ¼" warping tolerance applies. No warranty against warping is provided for MDF products exceeding 24" wide or 72" high. Included in these warping tolerances are raw MDF sheet stock.
Twisting Tolerance - Solid wood products measuring up to 48" with the grain, a ⅛" twist tolerance is acceptable. There is no twist warranty on MDF products measuring more than 60" high.
Bowing - also known as a "barrel effect," occurs when a door's width varies, with the middle portion wider than the top and bottom. This can result from wood components swelling due to ambient or environmental moisture absorption. Doors measuring over 48" with the grain, ordered without a center stile or rail, carry no warranty against bowing. This includes wood frame-only, wood frame with mullion, 5-Piece MDF frame-only, and 1-Piece MDF/3D Laminate frame-only doors. 1-Piece MDF/3D Laminate doors with center panels are exempt from bowing susceptibility. Mitered doors and drawer fronts, due to their joint nature, carry no warranty against bowing, as they may expand with moisture absorption.
Any product with solid wood glued-up components, measuring over 72" with the grain, regardless of the presence of a center stile or rail, carries no warranty against bowing. This includes 5-Piece MDF Mortise & Tenon doors.

How to Clean Wood Cabinets of Any Finish We recommend the use of any mild, non-concentrated oil/grease cutting dish soap and warm water to clean our wood cabinets. Do not over-wet the cabinets as it could ruin the finish. After gently scrubbing with a soft cloth and the cleaning solution, rinse off the residue with a damp cloth, and dry by wiping down with a separate, dry microfiber or lint-free cloth.
Things to Avoid When Cleaning Wood Cabinets: Magic Erasers or any type of similar sponges, abrasive powders or any scrubbing pads, cleaners that have abrasive particles, oil soaps such as Murphy’s, spray polishes containing silicone, wax, or petroleum products, citrus cleaners, any product that may contain solvents or alcohols.
